Who is Amelia?

Hi, I’m Amelia, the nutritionist, recipe creator, and wellness enthusiast behind Healthi Recipes. My journey into the world of healthy cooking began when I discovered that wellness doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor – it’s about discovering the natural deliciousness of wholesome ingredients.

My Journey to Health

Growing up in a family where convenience foods were the norm, I witnessed firsthand how our food choices impact our well-being. This realization sparked my passion for nutrition and led me to pursue my degree in Nutritional Science.
