Instructions
Slice your beef, cabbage, onion, and carrots. Having everything prepped ahead will make cooking smoother.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, mirin, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, cabbage, onion, and carrots for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender but still crisp.
Prepare Cup Noodles according to the package instructions, then drain excess liquid so the noodles are dry for the stir fry.
Return beef to the pan with the veggies. Add noodles and sauce, tossing everything together until well-coated and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, you can swap beef with chicken or tofu, and adjust veggies to whatever you have in the fridge.
