  • 5-6 medium limes sliced
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 leaves fresh mint
  • ice cubes for serving

Method
 

  1. In a high-powered blender, add the medium limes, whole milk, cold water, granulated sugar, and fresh mint leaves.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. DO NOT OVERMIX, as it can make the drink bitter.
  3. Pour the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp or solids.
  4. Serve over a glass filled with ice cubes. For the best taste and texture, enjoy immediately!
